Chipper Cardio Assault Bike

- 50/40 Cal Assault Bike
- 40 Box Jumps
- 30 Burpees
- 20 Toes to Bar
- 10 Handstand Push-ups

Note: Go all out on the Assault Bike to start the chipper strong, then pace yourself through the bodyweight movements. Push through the final handstand push-ups to finish strong.
