Triplet Tabata Madness // Thursday - 2026.04.09

Tabata Gymnastics Bench

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) for each movement:


  1. Bench Press
  2. Toes to Bar
  3. Handstand Push-ups

Score: Total reps combined from all three movements.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Keep track of your reps for each round.


Notes: Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete at least 5 reps each round. Modify the toes to bar and handstand push-ups as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
