  • 15 Peg Board Ascents
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 15 Peg Board Ascents

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: The peg board ascents should be completed one at a time, alternating arms. Scale the height of the peg board as needed for safety. The box jumps should be performed at a challenging height, focusing on explosiveness. Modify the handstand push-ups with pike push-ups or push presses if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to avoid burning out too quickly.
