AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 15 Dumbbell Goblet Squats
  • 20 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (10 per arm)

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Skill: Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement to maximize efficiency and prevent injury.


Notes: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in the 15-minute time frame. Rest as needed between movements to maintain quality reps.
