Tabata:


  • Kettlebell Swings (16 rounds, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Skill Focus:
- Focus on hip hinge movement and explosiveness with each swing.


Instructions:
- Perform as many kettlebell swings as possible in each 20-second work interval, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 16 rounds.
- Choose a challenging kettlebell weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
