Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete each exercise in order, chipping away at the reps until you finish the entire workout. Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete at least 10 reps unbroken. Push yourself to keep moving and maintain good form throughout the workout.
