  • 15 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 9 Kettlebell Thrusters

Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement in order for time. Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
