AMRAP in 20 Minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 GHD Sit-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Notes:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Use proper form on the GHD machine to avoid injury.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that is challenging but allows you to maintain good technique throughout the workout.
