  • 50 Bench Press
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 40 Bench Dips
  • 80 Box Jumps
  • 30 Bench Rows
  • 60 Calorie Row

Equipment:

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Push yourself on the bench press, but make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Have a jump rope ready for the double unders and a box for the box jumps. Finish strong with a calorie row to complete the chipper.
