Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
1. Pull-ups
2. Deadlifts
3. Box Jumps
4. Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next
- Score is total reps completed for each movement
- Adjust weight and height as needed for ability
- Focus on maintaining intensity throughout each 20-second work interval
