  • 20 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 10 Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Time Cap: 15 Minutes.


Instructions: This workout will test your endurance and strength with a combination of wall balls and weightlifting movements. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the deadlifts, power cleans, and squat cleans to prevent injury. Good luck!
