Rounds-for-Time Strength GHD Machine

For Time:


  • 3 Rounds:
    • 15 GHD Sit-ups
    • 12 GHD Hip Extensions
    • 9 GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
- Perform the specified number of reps for each movement in each round before moving on to the next round.
- Use proper form and technique on the GHD machine to prevent injury.
- Time cap: 12 minutes.
