  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

Notes:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Scale the height of the box jumps as needed.
- Focus on maintaining a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the other movements.
