EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls (#30)
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Cleans (#135)

Instructions: Perform 10 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. At the start of each even minute, complete 5 Power Cleans and rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout each minute. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity.
