EMOM Skill Wall Ball

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Even Minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar


Instructions:
- Perform 15 wall balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next minute begins.
- Perform 5 toes-to-bar at the start of each even minute, then rest until the next minute begins.
- Continue this pattern for a total of 15 minutes.
