EMOM Weightlifting Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Wall Balls (#20 / #14)
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Cleans (#135 / #95)

Instructions:
- Start each minute with the designated movement and complete the required reps within that minute before moving on to the next movement.
- Focus on maintaining good form and consistent pacing throughout the workout.
- Adjust the weight of the Power Cleans as needed to challenge yourself appropriately.
