Tabata Skill Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Barbell Thrusters
    • Toes-to-Bar
    • Box Jumps
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Pull-up Bar
- Box


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds before moving on to the next movement. Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Adjust weight and modifications as needed.
