Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Box Jumps
  • Push Press
  • Sit-ups
  • Air Squats

Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Aim to move quickly and efficiently during each work interval.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
