- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
- 10 seconds rest
Weightlifting:
- 12-9-6
- Power Snatches
- Overhead Squats
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata intervals on the stationary bike before moving on to the weightlifting portion.
- Rest as needed between the Tabata and weightlifting sections.
- The goal is to push hard on the bike and maintain good form and technique on the weightlifting movements.
