  • GHD Hip Extensions
  • Rowing Machine

Score: Total reps completed across all 8 rounds.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds at maximum intensity, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your reps for each movement to calculate your total score at the end.
