Tabata Weightlifting RowerTabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
Movements:
1. Row (Calories)
2. Hang Power Clean (95/65 lbs)
Instructions:
Perform as many calories on the rower as possible in 20 seconds, then immediately transition to performing as many Hang Power Cleans as possible in the remaining 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete 8 rounds total (4 rounds on each movement). Score is total number of calories rowed and total number of Hang Power Cleans completed.
