Tabata Skill Slam BallTabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
- Max Effort Slam Balls
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Timer
Instructions:
Perform as many slam balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on technique and power throughout each round. Adjust the weight of the slam ball as needed to maintain proper form.
