EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Slam Balls
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans

Equipment: Slam Ball, Barbell


Instructions:
Perform 5 Slam Balls followed by 5 Hang Power Cleans every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. Adjust weight and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
