AMRAP Weightlifting Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 20 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder, 15 Deadlifts, and 20 Box Jumps. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts and a height for the Box Jumps that allows you to keep moving with good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to see how many rounds you can complete within the time cap.
