AMRAP Skill Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 20 Box Jumps
- 30 Double Unders


Equipment:
- Slam Ball (20/30 lbs)
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Slam Balls, 20 Box Jumps, and 30 Double Unders. Alternate between explosive power movements with the Slam Ball and Box Jumps, and skill-based coordination with the Double Unders. Pace yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
