AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 8 Deadlifts
  • 6 Hang Power Cleans
  • 4 Push Press

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (#20 for men, #14 for women)
- Barbell (#135 for men, #95 for women)


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Slam Balls, 8 Deadlifts, 6 Hang Power Cleans, and 4 Push Press. Use the specified weights for the barbell and slam ball. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
