Tabata Skill Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    • Bench Press
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
- Alternate between the Bench Press and Handstand Push-ups for 8 rounds of Tabata (4 rounds of each movement).
- Complete as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout.
