  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Sit-Ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment: Jump Rope, Box, Climbing Rope
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete each set of reps before moving on to the next movement. Scale the double-unders to single-unders as needed. Scale the height of the box jumps and substitute handstand push-ups with regular push-ups if necessary.
