  • 25 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Double-Unders
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Perform the prescribed amount of double-unders before moving on to the toes-to-bar. Aim to complete the workout as fast as possible while maintaining good form on both movements. If unable to do double-unders, scale to single-unders. Time cap: 12 minutes.
