AMRAP Gymnastics Box

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 box jumps. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to maintain proper form on all gymnastics movements to prevent injury.
