  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


This chipper workout will test your endurance and strength with various kettlebell movements. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury.
