For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 per arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Lunges (10 per leg)
  • 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 per arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Notes: Perform each exercise with proper form and focus on technique, especially during the Turkish Get-ups. Make sure to switch arms evenly during the Kettlebell Snatches.
