  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 20 Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Windmills

Kettlebell Weight: Men - 24kg, Women - 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Focus on proper form and technique, especially during the Turkish Get-ups and Windmills. Time cap is set to challenge athletes to push their intensity.
