EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Power Snatches
  • Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Barbell: #135 / #95
Box Height: 24 inches
Instructions: Perform 5 Power Snatches at the start of each odd minute and complete 10 Box Jumps at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute.
