  • 20 Bench Press (135/95lbs)
  • 30 Deadlifts (185/135lbs)
  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 50 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
  • 60 Double Unders
  • 70 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)

Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Time cap: 20 minutes. Keep good form throughout to prevent injury.
