AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500 meter Row
  • 10 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Row 500 meters, then perform 10 deadlifts, 15 push-ups, and 20 air squats. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
