AMRAP Gymnastics SkiErgAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 250m SkiErg
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and safe jumps.
- The SkiErg should be done at a fast pace to keep the intensity high throughout the workout.
