EMOM Skill Slam Ball

EMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even Minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete 10 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute, then perform 5 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
