EMOM for 20 Minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press
  • 5 Power Cleans

Barbell: #135 / #95
Notes: Alternate between the Bench Press and Power Cleans every minute. Keep the weight challenging but manageable to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to ensure proper recovery.
