Chipper For Time:


  • 50 Bench Press (135/95)
  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Deadlifts (185/135)
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Power Snatches (115/75)

Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Make sure to scale the weights accordingly to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Time cap of 20 minutes.
