  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Equipment: Bench, Box, Dumbbells
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
