AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 20 Toes to Bar

Skill: Handstand Push-ups


Notes:
- Make sure to scale the weight on the bench press and box height for box jumps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the AMRAP.
- Focus on efficiency in your toes to bar to conserve energy for the later rounds.
- For handstand push-ups, scale to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
