- Minute 1: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Minute 2: 10 Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
- This workout is designed to challenge both your cardiovascular endurance on the Assault Bike and your skill with handstand push-ups.
- Complete the prescribed number of calories on the Assault Bike within the minute, then move directly to the handstand push-ups.
- If you are unable to complete the required reps within the minute, rest for the remaining time and then start again on the next minute.
- Scale the handstand push-ups as needed to ensure proper form and technique.
