AMRAP Cardio GHD Machine

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 15 Box Jumps
- 200m Run


Equipment: GHD Machine, Box


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Start each round with 10 GHD Sit-ups, then move on to 15 Box Jumps, followed by a 200m Run. Rest as needed and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire 15-minute AMRAP. Adjust the height of the box jumps as needed to maintain intensity.
