- 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 200m Run
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Box Jumps, and a 200m Run. Scale the box height as needed to maintain safety and intensity. Keep a steady pace throughout and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration of the workout.
