AMRAP Weightlifting GHD MachineAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 GHD Sit-ups
- 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

- Ensure proper form on the GHD machine to prevent injury.
- Scale weight and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the AMRAP.
- Keep a steady pace and push through the burn for the full 20 minutes.
