Rounds-for-Time Strength Rope

For Time:


  • 5 Rounds:
    • 15 Deadlifts
    • 12 Toes-to-Bar
    • 9 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Barbell: #185 / #135
- Box: 24 inches for all athletes
- Rope for Toes-to-Bar
- Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete 5 rounds of 15 Deadlifts, 12 Toes-to-Bar, and 9 Box Jumps as fast as possible. Use a challenging weight for the Deadlifts, ensuring proper form throughout. Scale the Toes-to-Bar as needed to maintain intensity. Jump onto a 24-inch box for each Box Jump. Time cap of 20 minutes to finish the workout.
