  • 40 Deadlifts
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Hang Power Cleans
  • 10 Shoulder to Overhead

Barbell: #135 / #95
Time Cap: 18 Minutes.


Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Break up reps as needed, but aim to keep rest to a minimum. Be mindful of proper form, especially when fatigued.
