  • 50 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 40 Weighted Lunges
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Power Snatches

- Barbell
- Box


Barbell: #135 / #95
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Be sure to pace yourself as this chipper workout will test your strength and endurance.
