  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Power Snatches

Slam Ball Weight: 30/20 lbs
Barbell Weight: 135/95 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
